تسعى مدارس الزيادي منذ تأسيسها عام 2006 م / 1427 هـ ، إلى أن تكون نموذجًا للمدرسة التي تجعل المستوى التعليمي والتربوي للطالب/للطالبة على رأس أولوياتها. وفي إطار سعيها لتحقيق هذا النموذج، تعمل المدارس باستمرار على تطوير نظام الخدمات التعليمية والتربوية المنهجية واللامنهجية لتحسين عطاء معلميها والارتقاء بالمستوى التعليمي والفكري لطلابها وطالباتها.
